Mr. Walter Henry 

Walter Henry, Jr. peacefully departed this world at his home on May 7, 2025. Born on June 18, 1951, in Angier, NC. Walter was the beloved son of Walter Roosevelt and Ada Williams Henry.

Walter's warm spirit and unwavering kindness made him a cherished presence in the lives of all who knew him. A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, he carried a deep sense of duty and service that inspired those around him.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience, remembered by his devoted family and friends.
Left to mourn his passing are Walter Fred Henry and Mary Henry Nwoke, along with a host of other relatives and friends who will carry his memory forward.

Arrangements: 
Viewing: Friday, May 16, 2025, from 1:00pm until 5:00pm in the Walter Sanders Funeral Home Chapel 302 S. Bright Leaf Blvd., Smithfield, NC 27577. 
Funeral Services: Saturday May 17, 2025, Faith Missionary Baptist Church 306 N Pollock Street Selma, NC 27576, viewing 11:00am, funeral services beginning at 12:00pm. Services will be streamed live on our Facebook page starting at 11:55am.
