Mr. Warren Dorcus Washington Jr.
Mr. Warren D. Washington Jr. age 50 of Spring Lake, NC., formerly of Selma, NC passed away Saturday August 16, 2025. Mr. Warren D. Washington Jr. is the son of Warren Sr. and Aldoria Washington. of Selma, NC.
In addition to his parents Warren is survived by his wife, Laura L. Washington, five sons; Kortez Washington, Reikeme "Takeel" Cannon, Alexanda "AJ" Cannon, Jacob (Akirra) Washington and Joshua Washington, three stepdaughters; Lauren Butler, Launae (Chidoze) Butler, Lynne Butler, one stepson; Lance (Danielle) Butler, thirteen grandchildren: Promyse, Christina, Nylah, Brielle, Savannah, Sydni, Selah, Lyric, Lance Jr., Jayla, Xara, Lamar, and Zikorah, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Warren Jr. was predeceased by his sister Summer Washington Santiago.
Funeral Arrangements:
Viewing: Friday August 29, 2025, at Walter Sanders Funeral & Cremation Services 302 S. Bright Leaf Blvd., Smithfield, NC from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL NOT BE LIVESTREAMED
Funeral Services: Saturday August 30, 2025, at First Missionary Baptist Church Selma, NC., 500 S. Pollock St., Selma, NC., at 12:00 noon with viewing from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon.
Interment at Stancil Family Cemetery, Selma, NC.
