Mrs. Alexander was born to Roger and Emma Vinson in Johnston County NC., August 29, 1941. She was educated at Johnston County Training School Smithfield and was a graduate of Shaw University of Raleigh, NC. Kate married Irvin Alexander now deceased, also deceased is one brother Wilbert Eugene Vinson. She leaves to mourn her passing three children; Marquita Alexander, Arnold Vinson, Bryskin Vinson, and one brother William Kizzie.

Services for Mrs. Ora Katrina “Kate” Alexander will be held Sunday August 12, 2018 at First Missionary Baptist Church of Wilsons Mills, NC 40 Durant Road. Viewing starts at 1:00pm, followed immediately by funeral services at 1:30pm.
