Mr. Perry Gupton Jr.

Perry Gupton Jr, 88, of Smithfield, North Carolina passed away on August 5, 2026. He was born to the late Margaret and Perry Gupton, on April 1, 1938 in Louisburg, North Carolina.

Perry was employed by Penn Compression and retired in 1992. He was a chairman of the Deacon Board, Trustee Board and Sunday school teacher at Burning Bush Holiness Tabernacle.

Perry married Lou Glenda Allen in 1965 and they raised 4 children.

Funeral Services:

Viewing/Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday August 13, 2026, at Shiloh Christian Church 211 Durham St., Smithfield, NC 27577 10:00 until 11:00 am with funeral services starting at 11:00 am.
