Mrs. Valerie Williams was born September 15, 1953 in Johnston County NC. She was the daughter of James Smith and Florine Penny. Valerie attended school in the Johnston County School system. She transitioned on Thursday March 7, 2019 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, NC.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday March 14, 2019 at Green Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 2861 Brogden Rd Smithfield, NC. Viewing will start at 11:00 am followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 noon.
