Ms. Doris Ann Bunch
Ms. Doris Ann Smith Bunch was born on May 2, 1932 in Johnston County, North Carolina to the late Connie and Earnest Smith. She departed this life on May 12, 2023.
Ms. Bunch attended and graduated from Johnston County Training School (Johnston Central) in Smithfield, NC. Throughout the years she was employed at Sylvania and Northern Telecom.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Bunch was preceded in death by sisters, Faye and Ruby; brother: David; and a son, Jeffery.
Left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Jennifer; a devoted son- in - law, Sylvester, and a son Gregory. Ms. Bunch also leaves behind 2 grandchildren, 10 great- grandchildren, 4 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 great nieces, 3 great nephews, and 1 great - great niece.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 12 Noon at St. Mark AME Church, 409 Bridge Street, Smthfield, NC, 27577. Public Viewing will begin at 11 AM. Services will stream via our Facebook page.
